Game 1 of 3

A hot day for Moootober Fest at Routine Field. The stadium was filled with great fans and great Polka music from the Brew House Polka Kings. The Milkmen brought the energy in the first with a 2 run bomb by Manny Boscan (8).

The RailCats would respond with 5 runs in the third, including a 3 run homer by right fielder Colin Willis. They added to their lead with 4 runs in the sixth.

Milwaukee would get it going again later in the game with a solo shot off the bat of Jose Rosario (7). The RailCats would score 1 more run in the ninth to close the scoring with a final of 10-3.

The Milkmen finished the game with 10 hits and left 10 men on base.

Milwaukee starter, Jordan Kraus (2-2, 3.02 ERA), pitched 6 innings allowing 7 hits, 9 runs (7 earned), 4 walks, and 3 strikeouts.

The Milkmen (27-37) gear-up for a rematch with the RailCats (25-40) tomorrow at 1:05 pm. Join us for Family Funday and meet members from the Milwaukee Wave, 2019 Indoor Soccer Champions! For more information, visit milwaukeemilkmen.com
