WHAT TO EXPECT
Planning a visit to Franklin Field? Here's what to know before you arrive!
Parking: Free parking is available at Franklin Field. Enter Ballpark Commons from 76th Street and follow stadium staff directions.
Gates: Generally open one hour before first pitch unless otherwise noted. View our stadium map.
Tickets: Have your digital tickets ready for scanning upon arrival.
Food & Beverages: A variety of concessions are available throughout the ballpark. Outside food, beverages and coolers are not permitted.
Payments: Franklin Field is a cashless venue. Credit and debit cards are accepted at concessions and the Team Store.

BUYING & MANAGING TICKETS
Visit milwaukeemilkmen.com/tickets to explore available ticket options. Online convenience fees may apply and vary by transaction type. Children ages 2 and under receive free admission.
Managing Your Tickets: After purchasing online, you can access, manage, print and forward your tickets through My Milkmen Tickets. You can also log in directly to your ticket account.
First-Time Users: If this is your first time logging in, click SIGN UP and use the same email address provided when purchasing your tickets, whether through our Box Office, website, Tickets.com or FEVO.
We recommend purchasing tickets online before arriving at the ballpark. All ticket sales are final, with exchanges permitted only as outlined in our Rain Outs policy.
Our Box Office opens one hour before first pitch on game days.
GAME TIMES (UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE)
Milwaukee Milkmen home games generally begin at the following times:
Tuesday–Friday: 6:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM
Special events, weekday matinees and promotional games may have different start times. Please check the official schedule for the most up-to-date information.
TICKET PLAN HOLDER REWARDS PICK-UP
Eligible Ticket Plan holder benefits, vouchers and exclusive gifts will be available according to the schedule communicated to plan holders. We'll notify eligible fans when their items are ready for pickup and provide instructions for collecting them.
EDUCATORS CREDIT UNION CLUB ALL-INCLUSIVE MENU
Enjoy an all-inclusive food and beverage experience in the Educators Credit Union Club!
Ballpark Menu: Burgers, brats, hot dogs, nachos and cheese, chips, popcorn, Caesar salad, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream treats, beer, hard seltzers, soda and water.
Taco & Nacho Bar: Seasoned chicken, ground beef, hard and soft tortillas, tortilla chips, nacho cheese, onions, sour cream, salsa, Caesar salad, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream treats, beer, hard seltzers, soda and water.
Pizza Menu: Assorted pizzas, Caesar salad, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream treats, beer, hard seltzers, soda and water.

LEINENKUGEL'S HOP YARD ALL-INCLUSIVE MENU
Enjoy an all-inclusive ballpark experience at the Leinenkugel's Hop Yard!
Food: Cheeseburgers, hamburgers, bratwurst, hot dogs, chocolate chip cookies, assorted chips, nachos and cheese, and popcorn.
Drinks: Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, water and select draft beers, including Miller Lite, Coors Light, Miller High Life, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, Angry Orchard and Lakefront IPA.

BIRTHDAY & OTHER SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT REQUESTS
Celebrating a birthday, anniversary or another special occasion at Franklin Field? Make it memorable with a personalized scoreboard announcement during a Milwaukee Milkmen game!
Scoreboard announcements are $25 and must be requested at least 72 hours before the game, subject to availability.
To submit a request, email ticketing@milwaukeemilkmen.com with your contact information, game date and the occasion you're celebrating.

CARRY-IN POLICY
Outside food, beverages and coolers are not permitted inside Franklin Field. A variety of food and beverage options are available throughout the ballpark.
Guests with medically necessary items or special accommodation needs should contact our team in advance for assistance.
EDUCATORS CREDIT UNION CLUB LEVEL ACCESS
Guests with tickets for the Educators Credit Union Club level may access the area using the stairs at either end of the concourse or the elevator behind Section 104. Please retain your ticket for access verification.
GIFTING TICKETS & TICKET PACKAGES
Give the gift of Milwaukee Milkmen baseball! While traditional gift cards are not currently available, game vouchers and flexible Game Plans make great gifts for family, friends and baseball fans.

GROUP OUTINGS
It's more fun together at Franklin Field! Bring your coworkers, youth sports team, family, friends or organization to a Milwaukee Milkmen game.
Groups of 10 or more receive special pricing, with tickets starting at just $11 per person. Choose from general admission, reserved seating, food and beverage combos, and all-inclusive group experiences.

PARKING
Free parking is available for Milwaukee Milkmen home games at Franklin Field. Please follow stadium staff directions when entering and exiting the parking areas.
Preferred Parking is available for $5 onsite, subject to availability, for guests who would like to park closer to the gates.
Preferred Parking benefits for Ticket Plan holders vary by package. Please refer to your specific plan benefits for details.

PEANUT-FREE FACILITY
Franklin Field does not serve peanuts as a standard concession item. However, certain packaged foods may contain peanuts or be manufactured in facilities that process peanuts.
Guests with food allergies are encouraged to review product labels and speak with concession staff before purchasing.
RAIN OUTS
If a Milwaukee Milkmen game is postponed or canceled due to weather before becoming an official game, tickets may be eligible for exchange to another regular-season home game during the current season, subject to availability.
Exchanges must be for tickets of equal value. Please use our online rainout exchange request form to submit your request.
If a game is delayed, play will resume as soon as weather permits. Tickets for games that resume and become official are not eligible for exchange.
All weather-related announcements will be posted on milwaukeemilkmen.com and our official social media channels.
No refunds will be issued.
RE-ENTRY
For the safety and security of all guests, re-entry is not permitted at Franklin Field. Please speak with a Milwaukee Milkmen staff member if you have any questions.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted except as specifically provided under our Rain Outs policy.
SMOKING
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, vaping and similar devices, is prohibited inside Franklin Field except in designated smoking areas.
Please ask a stadium staff member for the designated smoking location. Stadium re-entry restrictions remain in effect.

After purchasing tickets, you'll receive a confirmation email from ordertracking@tickets.com. We recommend adding this address to your contacts or address book to ensure delivery.
Your tickets will also be available through My Milkmen Tickets, where you can access, manage and forward them.

UMBRELLAS
Small, compact umbrellas are permitted provided they do not obstruct other guests' views when opened.
Golf-size umbrellas are not permitted inside Franklin Field.
